Hello, my name is George Arrizabalaga and I am your Regional Sales Executive with Distinguished Programs for our high limit real estate and hotel umbrella programs. I really enjoyed doing our last video where you got to know me a little bit better, and I really wanted to thank those who reached out and the kind words. I wanted to spend some time today helping you better understand how we can work together and find the best solutions for your client’s needs.

Can you tell us about Distinguished’s Real Estate & Hospitality programs?

You can rest assured knowing that you are working with a stable program with 30-plus years in the industry. Our real estate umbrella program is the first and longest-running real estate umbrella purchasing group, and our hotel umbrella provides coverage to over 20% of the nation’s hotel rooms. You have direct access to your dedicated underwriter, and of course, you have me, your dedicated sales executive, who is always happy and available to answer any questions or discuss upcoming accounts.

How does Distinguished tailor it’s services to meet the unique needs of each broker and client?

We look closely at each account to best understand the needs of the client and the broker to find the best solution. We even have a custom solution for larger, more complex accounts. We can provide full limits directly over your GL policy or even consider going in an excess position if the need arises. We’re always happy to review your book of business to see how we can assist in finding the best solution for each individual account.

We can provide umbrella options up to $170 million on our hotel umbrella and $140 million on our real estate umbrella. These umbrellas are stacked with A-rated carriers, so you could consider us a single solution for your high limit umbrella needs.
