Request a Loss Run

Click on your program below to request a loss run.
Include the following in your email:
- Insured name
- Policy number and line of business
- Your name and contact information
- Insured city, state and zip code
- Policy period
If you are not the Broker of Record on this account, please include a Broker of Record letter.
Claim Status
Within 24 hours of reporting a claim, you will receive an acknowledgment that includes the name and contact information of the adjuster and the claim number.
