As a leading national insurance Program Manager, innovation has always been the hallmark of our  continued success. General Description

Marketing at Distinguished is a small, high performance team, with overlapping responsibilities. On this team you will be the digital lead, but you must also be a strong, talented general marketer – think 70/30 digital/non digital. We look for excellence in both to be able create revenue generating plans for our products and programs. You must be comfortable designing and building digital processes and measurement systems, planning for future needs, and executing on and improving current activities.

Primary areas of responsibility/duties

  • Digital marketing leader
  • Work with SVP marketing and other team members to create and use digital strategies to directly generate revenue, put in place systems for measurement and track results.
  • Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy.
  • Be a key member of the marketing team, helping in the formulation of strategy and the execution of specific tactics, digital and non-digital.
  • Manage web site, blog, digital newsletter and LinkedIn for strategy, design, and content.
  • Manage SEO and SEM for Distinguished; Track analyze and act on SEO and Google Analytics data.
  • Work with internal and third-party content generators to optimize for SEO and digital distribution.
  • Oversee efforts to integrate web/portal.
  • Lead e-mail marketing strategy and execution.
  • Work with program managers and sales executives to help them in formulating go-to-market strategies.
  • Take a leading role in future new digital strategies for Distinguished.
  • Be a key member of the marketing team, helping in the formulation of strategy and the execution of specific tactics, digital and non-digital.
  • Develop ROI and KPI metrics and reports for digital activities.

Job Requirements

  • Experience as a Digital Marketing leader.
  • 5 years at a manager level, 10 years overall marketing experience.
  • In depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software (Pardot preferred).
  • Hands-on experience in developing ROI and KPI metrics and reports.
  • Good knowledge of web design and experience with WordPress
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player, comfortable working in a matrixed environment.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Degree in Marketing or similar relevant field.
