As reported in the Insurance Journal, we are thrilled to announce that holding company Distinguished LLC has finalized its acquisition of Washington-based Fulcrum Insurance Programs, giving birth to the new Distinguished Speciality division. This new business will harness the best of each company to offer an expanded range of products and depth of service to brokers and insured customers in the hospitality and large real estate domains.
