Distinguished offers a Renewal Certificate Endorsement, now available for eligible Contractor’s Pollution Legal Liability Plus (CPL) and Contractor’s Pollution & Professional Legal Liability Plus (CPPL) policies. Designed to simplify renewals, it streamlines the process, making it effortless to bind and retain profitable contractors’ business year after year. Best of all, no renewal application is required!
How Does it Work?
Provided eligibility requirements are met, the Renewal Certificate locks in the expiring premium for the next two policy terms, provided there are no premium-bearing midterm changes (e.g., increased limits), provides a new set of limits of liability and expiring coverage.
Key Eligibility Requirements:
- Contractors with revenues of $100M or less
- Trade or specialty contractors
- General contractors, construction managers, and design/build contractors (design must be subbed to an unrelated design professional – no self-performed design)
- Satisfactory loss ratio and no change in operations
